Shipping policy

Our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you will see at checkout. You will always be made aware that an item is a preorder by the purchase button, when adding items to cart, so we will like to inform you to please read and be aware of the item you are purchasing, to avoid confusion. All orders are processed in bulk orders for Preorders, which mean all products will be made when the preorder sale ends, so the products you are purchasing are all preordered! The date for the end of Preorders is always given on our social medias @CRWN_CLO, and according to the date given, that is when the timeframe will begin for production to shipping. Please give items a month at the minimum to be produced and shipped to owners, depending on volume of orders, so therefore the items can be delivered to you. You will be notified when orders are packaged and shipped, and also given a tracking number to track orders yourself.

For pre-made orders, items are shipped out within 1-5 days after order, and depending on the carrier will take 3-7 days to be delivered.
